Restoration Supervisor | $14-$16 hr

Job description

1. Lead a team as they respond to and manage fire losses, water losses, and other types of damages
2. Manage and control the entire construction/restoration process for the jobs
3. Follow-up and correct any warranty items
4. Communicate with the customer about the scope of work and explain the process
5. Review necessary paperwork with the customer and obtain required signatures on pertinent documentation
6. Oversee and assist with human resources and training functions, including recruiting, hiring, training, and development of managers and staff, as necessary
7. Ensure production staff follows Innova processes relating to customers and takes care of customer needs
8. Promote job safety
9. Update job progress in the Management System with detailed notes in a timely manner
10. You will be in an on-call rotation with others in the company. You will be on call for 7 days at a time
11. Attend scheduled weekly company meetings
12. Perform structural drying, contents drying, and restoration along with precision demolition and salvage.
13. Evaluate, and document water damaged properties. Document damage on moisture mapping software
14. Mold remediation procedures including preparing an area for a post-clearance test to verify results and effectively
15. Read protocols when needed
16. Perform fire damage cleanup, smoke, and deodorization of structural components and contents
17. Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely fashion, professionally matter
18. Drive a company vehicle to locations as needed
29. Expected to wear safety gear, PPE at the job site
20. Monitor all water jobs and update the customer on the progress and planned completion dates of restoration
21. Keep a clean and neat job site at all times leaving a first-class impression of our work
22. Maintain a company issued tool bag and make sure it is fully supplied at all times during your hours of work
23. Ensure that restoration vehicle is fully stocked
24. Maintain all company restoration and cleaning equipment, keeping them clean and properly maintained
25. Bilingual is a plus
